It was 1996 since I had left my village home. It was not a piece of cake for me to cope with the new environment of the town area. But within a very short time and with the support of my elder sister, everything seemed to be easy for me. My elder sister gave birth to her first daughter when I entered my primary school life. Our joys knew no bounds. I became mama for the first time. When I was at my elder sister's house, I played with my nieces. I acted as their teacher. My sister looked upon me as her own son. I never felt bored staying with them. I gossiped with my eldest niece most of the time. We had a competition to play on the computer. We played DX Ball, Para, Bonkheads, House of the dead etc. We watched football and cricket together on television when any tournament was held. We also quarrelled now and then. When any competition took place in her school or Academy and she took part in it, I took her there by rickshaw. When I went to Dhaka for the first time, she gave me 500 taka. It was a precious amount at that time without any doubt. In fact, the most significant part of my life I passed with my elder sister and nieces. Whenever I fall into any crucial situation, my mother, my elder sister, my better half, my eldest niece, my younger brother and my well-wishers are by me all along. She along with her mother is now far away from us. She owns a restaurant at Nantes in France. She has been residing there with our son-in-law since 2013. The immense support which has been ensured by my son-in-law is immeasurable. My son-in-law has obtained a Ph. D. Degree.. Dr. Sabbir Hasan Rochi was a Principal Software Engineer. Now he has been promoted as Associate Manager in Red Hat. My elder sister among with my youngest niece is also there now with them. We boast both of you dear Zinnati Alam Tama and my son-in-law Sabbir Hasan Rochi. The girl behind the screen is My eldest Ammu Zinnati Alam Tama who is a great blessing for my elder sister. We are indebted to you for the way you are doing everything for my dear sister. It can be seen once in a way. We miss all of you all the while. To speak the truth, I could do nothing for them. But our best wishes and prayers will remain with you all along. May Allah keep all of you hale and hearty and help you make your dreams come true..... Aameen
