Some Common Grammatical Gripes & Fixes 🛠️

🟩1. *Its vs. It's:*
Its: Possessive (belonging to it). 🐕 "The puppy chased its tail."
It's: Contraction. ☀️ "It's a lovely day." (It is) / "It's been raining." (It has)
Advanced: Differentiate usage in complex sentence structures.
Example: "The company, in its pursuit of innovation, found that it's essential to invest in R&D."

🟩2. *There, Their, They're*:
There: Location/existence. 📍 "Put it over there." / "There is a solution."
Their: Possessive (belonging to them). 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 "They enjoyed their holiday."
They're: Contraction. 🥳 "They're coming to the party." (They are)
Advanced: Use in subordinate clauses and with collective nouns.
Example: "Despite their efforts, there were still challenges, and they're now seeking further assistance."
