Advanced Educational System
The Advanced Real-Time Multi-Display Educational System (A***S) is an innovative mentoring module that enables standardized, systematic guidance during surgical procedures.
[1] A***S is a novel educational system that has profoundly affected the training of surgeons worldwide. It is designed to provide advanced real-time mentoring and support to students in various fields, including medicine and surgery.
In addition to A***S, there are other advanced educational systems around the world, such as the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) in Iowa, also known as Response to Intervention (RtI).
[2] MTSS is an evidence-based framework that provides a proactive, preventive approach to support students' academic and behavioral needs.
Other countries with advanced education systems include Australia, the United States, and Rwanda.

For example, in Rwanda, the education system operates on a 6-3-3-4 system, with primary school lasting 6 years, followed by junior and senior secondary school, and then a bachelor's degree program.[6]
In the United Kingdom, the Advanced British Standard is a new Baccalaureate-style qualification for 16 to 19 year old's.[8] This qualification aims to provide students with a world-class education system and prepare them for future careers and higher education.
Japan also has an advanced educational system, with a combination of general education courses and specialized programs leading to advanced education.[9] The Greek Educational System offers a combination of general education courses and advanced placement courses in Greek high schools.[10]
