Exclamatory sentence.
যে বাক্য দ্বারা মনের আকস্মিক আবেগ যেমন- সুখ, দুঃখ, হাসি, কান্না, ও বিস্ময় প্রকাশ করা হয় তাকে exclamatory sentence বলে।
Structure :
How/what+ article+adjective / noun+ subject +verb+!
Or
Exclamatory word+! + subject +verb+object.
Example :
How nice the bird is!
What a beautiful flower the rose is!
Hurrah! I have got GPA-5.

Optative sentence
যে সকল sentence দ্বারা সাধারণত কারো জন্য দোয়া প্রর্থনা বা আশীর্বাদ করা হয় তাকে optative sentence বলে।
Structure : May+subject +v1+object / extention.
অনেক সময় long দ্বারাও শুরু হতে পারে।
Example :
May Allah bless you.
May you be happy.
Long live Bangladesh.
Long live your child.

Imperative sentence :
যে সকল sentence দ্বারা আদেশ, উপদেশ,অনুরোধ, নিষেধ, প্রস্তাব বুঝায় তাই imperative sentence.
Do the sum.
Make it easily.
Take a cup of tea.
Please, call in a doctor.
Let's have fun.

Interrogative sentence :
যে sentence দ্বারা কোন কিছু জানতে চাওয়া হয় বা কোন প্রশ্ন করা হয় তাকে interrogative sentence বলে।
Interrogative sentence শুরু হয় সাহায্যকারী verb/wh word দিয়ে + শেষে ? বসে।
Example :
Do you know him?
Does she make a garden?
Did Ajmir go to school?
Am I playing?
Why did you call her?
What does he want?

Assertive sentence : সাধারণ বিবৃতি বা বর্ননা দেয়।
Structure : subject +verb+object
I know him
She sings well.
Rina makes a garden.
We learn English.
assertive sentence কে ২ ভাগে ভাগ করা যায় ঃ
1. Affirmative হ্যা বোধক
2. Negative না বোধক
I know him.( Affirmative)
I do not know him. (Negative)
