MLDC was established with the mission of ensuring quality learning and development in an online based platform during this new normal situation. MLDC Goal: To train and develop human resources to accept the challenges of the 21st-century by providing necessary life skill training in the field of language communication and soft skill development. MLDC Membership: People of different expertise and calibers can express their views under this platform. Each member will be entitled to contribute to the club by sharing their experience and expertise. MLDC is very keen to grow as a team to set a new standard in the field of learning development around the globe. MLDC Objectives:

MLDC Activities:
1. Starts with an Icebreaking session for example story/jokes telling
2. Vocabulary sharing at least ten words with complete sentence
3. Theme based audio listening and imitating with the partner
4. Role play activity based on the given situation
5. Pair discussion on a given topic example Celebrating 31st night/international mother’s day and so on
6. Practicing Tongue twister in order get rid of inertia
7. Watching movies and post movie analysis
8. Public speaking competition at least once in a month
9. Presentation skill development and positive body language
10. Excursion like visiting places, interacting with each other in English and experience sharing
11. Reading books, post reading discussions and article writing
12. Wall magazine preparation once in a month (club members write-up)
