অধ্যাপক গাজী জহির হাসান স্যার ,বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিব মেডিকেল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিশু সার্জারি বিভাগের, সম্মানিত শিক্ষক এবং বিশেষজ্ঞ সার্জন।তিনি COVID-19 এ আক্রান্ত হয়ে চিকিৎসাধীন অবস্থায় 11. 6.20 শুক্রবার রাত 1 টা 18 মিনিটে আমাদেরকে শোকাহত করে চলে গেছেন।
হে আল্লাহ তুমি জহির স্যারের মতো সৎ, কর্মঠ, নিষ্ঠ এবং নিরহংকার মানুষকে, শান্তিময় চাদরে আশ্রয় দিও। জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌস এর উচ্চতম স্থানে আসন দিও।
এই সাথে এই মহামারী হতে শিশু সারজন সহ, সকল চিকিৎসককে রক্ষা করো, আল্লাহ । তাদেরকে ইমিউনিটি দিয়ে কাজ করে যাওয়ার তৌফিক দাও ।আমিন ।

Operated a patient with abdominal pain , vomiting, subacute obstruction with a solid hypogastric mass.Laparotomy revealed an ectopic infarcted pelvic spleen.such cases are rare.

Epidermolysis Bullosa-a rare disease

One of my patients,who undergone left hemicolectomy with post operative chemotherapy , recently visited Tata medical center for through check up and evaluation of local treatment . She undergone all sorts of Imaging, Biochemical tests and endoscopic examinations there and was proved to be tumor free.
Yesterday she visited me , only to show her gratitude ,saying; Local management is not graceless,as often thought to be.
