ABBREVIATION এ full stop দিতে হয় কি!!! বা না দিলে কি হবে!!! এই বিষয়ে কম বেশি সবার সমস্যা দেখা যায় তার অন্যতম কারণ প্রচলিত আছে যে, Abbreviation এর শেষটাতে full stop দিতে হয় না!! চলুন দেখা যাক....

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Modern British English : Abbreviation হবে without full stop. Example: SSC, HSC, BA, Mr, etc.

🇦🇺 American English : Abbreviation হবে with full stop. Example: S.S.C. H.S.C. B.A. Mr. etc.

এখন কেউ যদি S.S.C ব্যবহার করে তাহলে British & American উভয় ই ব্যবহার করলো। যা অসংগতি পূর্ণ।
SSC অথবা S.S.C. হবে।
