• By establishing a professional environment in the club and developing conduct and exposure in line with the Corporate Code of Conduct (CCC) and practice thereof.
• By enhancing the teamwork capability, leadership skills, communication, and negotiation skills of the members.
• By developing expertise in MS Office Tools, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools and software such as Quickbooks, Xero, PowerBI, SPSS, Apploye, etc. for adopting to a technologically advanced workplace.
• By strengthening the Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Organizing Capabilities of the members with a view to carrying out any task fruitfully and efficiently.
• By creating a competitive mindset through arranging intra-university and inter-university competitions
• By preparing for several national competitions.
• By creating opportunities to experience real-life business scenarios and production processes. c) To establish a network with organizations that have business interests in Bangladesh. d) To build a bridge between the professionals who graduated from the University of Rajshahi and the members. e) To make the members familiar with the recruitment processes of the modern workplace.


> Programs that will be arranged to achieve the missions:

• Organizing seminars with the presence of representatives of CFA, ICAB, ICMAB, ACCA, IIA, BIBM, ISCEA, BIHRM, CIM, and other professional bodies.
• Organizing Business Seminars with the presence of representatives of different successful Business People, Entrepreneurs, and Intellectuals.
• Organizing workshops/seminars on:
a) Case Solving;
b) Business Idea Generation;
c) Business Idea Pitching. d) Resume Writing;
e) Interview Tips;
f) Presentation Designing;
g) Effective Business Presentation;
h) Computer Applications for Business Environment;
i) Any other area related to the Business activities;
• Intra-university and inter-university Business Olympiads, Business Plan Competitions, Quiz Competitions, Case Solving Competitions, Debate Competitions, etc.
• Organizing round-table discussions in participation of the members on special business events taking place in both local and global arenas.
• Organizing Field Trips/ Office Visits/ Industrial Tours.
• Arranging regular meetings to discuss the activities and management of the club.
• Providing information & training to the members about regional Business Competitions.

Any undergraduate student of the University of Rajshahi.

> What makes us different:
Firstly, in today's world of increased competition, the importance and urgency of standing out are necessary. A mere undergraduate or postgraduate degree may not be enough to excel in this highly competitive world. Experts have repeatedly stressed the importance of developing various skills and enrolling oneself in professional degrees. We are the first organization that promotes professional degree(s) & postgraduate diploma(s) and shares necessary information regarding them with the students and attempts to arrange joint programs with the degree-offering bodies in the University of Rajshahi. Secondly, a club or organization measures its performance by the success of the program it arranged. But we evaluate ourselves by the development we achieved regarding the skills of our members. The development of skills of our members will be our KPI. And to ensure it, we introduced Monthly Development Cycle (MDC) for the very first time among the University of Rajshahi's co-curricular bodies.
