9. Dressed in – অর্থ: পরিধান করা।
উদাহরণ: She was dressed in white.

10. Disposed to – অর্থ: স্বেচ্ছায় প্রস্তুত হওয়া বা আগ্রহী হওয়া।
উদাহরণ: He is disposed to help the poor.

11. Disqualified from – অর্থ: অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করা।
উদাহরণ: He was disqualified from the competition.

12. Deter from – অর্থ: বিরত রাখা বা বাধা দেওয়া।
উদাহরণ: Fear could not deter him from speaking the truth.

13. Distinguish between / from – অর্থ: পার্থক্য নির্ধারণ করা।
উদাহরণ: We must distinguish between right and wrong.

14. Distract from – অর্থ: মনোযোগ সরিয়ে দেওয়া।
উদাহরণ: The noise distracted me from my studies.

15. Discuss – মনে রাখবে, এই verb-এর পরে কোনো preposition হয় না।
উদাহরণ: We discussed the matter in detail. (Not “discuss about”)
