RUET IPE Pioneering Shadow Acts from Campus to the National!

From captivating audiences at various events to performing at the National & International Youth Day Celebration on 12 August 2025, RUET IPE continues to set the stage for innovation in performing arts. This year’s milestone performance was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, Advisor to the Interim Government of Bangladesh.

The dynamic team featured talented members from the 21, 23, and 24 series, with the honorable Head of the Department, Dr. Md. Mosharraf Hossain, joining them in this proud moment on the national stage.

Efficiency Pioneers: Time Study Challenge
Organized exclusively for the 21 Series by RUET IPE with Prize pool of 10k, this unique competition brought together students from the 23 and 24 Series as team members to enhance collaborative learning.

Participants dived deep into the real-world dynamics of any production line conducting time studies, identifying bottlenecks, analyzing task distribution, and propose improved line balancing models.

From data collection to presentation, every step reflected teamwork, industrial insight, and innovative problem-solving. This challenge not only strengthened technical skills but also inspired cross-series mentorship and peer learning.

We are pleased to announce that the RUET IPE Students Portal is now live. This new platform is designed to help Industrial & Production Engineering students and alumni of RUET stay connected and easily access important academic resources. The portal includes course materials, course curriculum, alumni networks, and more — all in one convenient place. The development of this platform has been made possible through the collective efforts of many dedicated students.
