Terms of Service for Owlchemy & Sage

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service with Owlchemy & Sage. By using these services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to access our offerings.

3. Booking and Payment
All services require advance booking and payment. Payments are processed at the time of booking, and no service will be provided until payment is received.

4. Non-Refundable Services
As stated in the Return Policy, all sales are final. This includes all tarot readings, astrology reports, coaching sessions, and other digital products. No refunds or credits will be issued once a service has been booked or a product has been delivered.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Further changes to your appointment may require booking a new session. Failure to show up for an appointment or provide adequate notice results in the forfeiture of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Owlchemy & Sage provides personalized guidance and insights through my services. While I strive to offer valuable support, results may vary for each individual. These services are intended to provide insight, empowerment, and clarity, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The success of any service depends on various personal factors, including your engagement with the process and the actions you take based on the insights and coaching received.

7. Privacy
All personal information shared with Owlchemy & Sage is confidential. I will not share your information or session details without your explicit consent, except where required by law. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

8. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during your sessions or bookings. Any incorrect or misleading information may impact the quality of our services. You agree to be respectful and open to the guidance and/or the coaching provided.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Owlchemy & Sage, including tarot readings, astrology reports, coaching materials, and digital products, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from Owlchemy & Sage for commercial purposes without my permission.

10. Technical Issues
If any technical issues arise that disrupt a session or product delivery, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resend the product promptly. However, I am not responsible for any disruptions due to technical difficulties outside of my control.
