Chapli Kabob - Ramadan Series 2pounds (1kg) ground beef 80/20 1 tomato diced Sliced tomatoes for garnish if desired Cilantro small handful chopped 3-4 green chilies finely chopped 1/2 onion pulsed in food processor and liquid squeezed out of it Shan Masala Chapli Kabab mix 1.5 - 2 packets 1 beaten egg 2 tablespoons garlic paste 2 tablespoons ginger paste 3/4 cup corn flour Vegetable oil or ghee for frying Raita: 1/2 cup chopped tomato Handful fresh cilantro 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (optional) 2 cups plain yogurt 1/2 teaspoon raita masala or salt and cumin powder to your taste

Tandoori Chicken 1 whole chicken appx. 2.5 pounds, cut in half, skinless and scored 3/4 packet of Shan Tandoori Masala spice mix 1 cup plain yogurt Juice of 1/4 of a lemon 1/4 teaspoon red powder food coloring, can add more to your liking 1/4 cup vegetable oil Serve with naan, rice, lemons and cilantro for garnish
