Pam Kelly, Founder of Focus Points Coaching Services,

Pam is a Certified Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Birkman Consultant. Her company provides Solution-Focused coaching programs for busy working professionals identified as having ADHD. The programs are designed to help clients understand their own unique gifts, gain clarity on unconscious thinking, remove mental blocks, leverage their talents and mental strengths, while developing strategies which allow them, and navigate frustrating situations while focusing and taking action on what matters most with clear intentions and ease.

Pam’s vast knowledge and experience gained throughout her personal life and professional career coupled with her coaching expertise allows her to provide effective techniques that allow her clients to lead a more productive and enjoyable life. As an adult diagnosed with ADHD herself, it has become her mission to help other adults with similar challenges to lead healthy, happy, and productive lives. Through years of education, and training, Pam is leading a successful life with ADHD, which allowed her to thrive in her business and during her corporate career.

Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services and is also a military veteran. She is also certified in Conflict Resolution. Additionally, she has garnered more than 25 years of experience working in numerous Human Resources leadership roles within esteemed Fortune 500 companies that include Delta Air Lines, Cox Enterprises, and Dell Computers. During her career, she has provided Executive Coaching for business leaders, conducted hundreds of leadership training sessions, and coached hundreds of individuals throughout the process of defining ambitions, establishing target goals, and determining the necessary steps to attain them.
