তবে তারা যদি নিজ নিজ দেশে ফেরত না যায় তাহলে ল-এনফোর্সমেন্ট তাদেরকে খুঁজে বের করে ডিপোর্ট করে দেবে, এতে করে তারা পুনরায় আমেরিকায় প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না।
