The 6th Batch of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, NSTU has successfully completed an enriching week of industrial visits to GEMCO, Eastern Cables Limited, Chittagong Power Station and BSRM.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our respected Assistant Professor, Engr. Mohammad Rashidul Islam Sir, whose initiative, dedicated effort and continuous guidance made this entire industrial tour week possible. On behalf of the EEE Association and the 6th Batch, I sincerely thank Sir for providing us with such valuable exposure beyond the classroom.

I also extend our sincere gratitude to the respected Chairman of the Department, Professor Md Bellal Hossain Sir, for granting the necessary permission and extending his support to make this industrial tour possible.

This week will remain a memorable part of our undergraduate journey. I sincerely hope this initiative marks the beginning of a continuing culture of industrial exposure and creates greater opportunities for future students of EEE, NSTU.

কোনো এক ৫ই জুলাই, হয়তো কেউ শেষবারের মতো ঘর থেকে বেরিয়েছিল এই বলে "শিগগিরই ফিরে আসব।"

কিন্তু সেদিন সবাই আর ফিরে আসেনি। কেউ রেখে গেছে অপূর্ণ স্বপ্ন, কেউ প্রিয়জনের অপেক্ষা কেউবা একটি জাতির জন্য অনন্ত ত্যাগের ইতিহাস।

সময় বদলায়, ক্যালেন্ডারের পাতা বদলায়; তবু কিছু তারিখ কখনো পুরোনো হয় না। ৫ই জুলাই আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দেয় ন্যায়, সাহস এবং সত্যের পথে হাঁটার মূল্য কতটা গভীর হতে পারে।

আজ আমরা গভীর শ্রদ্ধার সঙ্গে স্মরণ করি সেই সকল জুলাই যোদ্ধাকে যাঁদের আত্মত্যাগ আমাদের ইতিহাসকে সমৃদ্ধ করেছে এবং ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য রেখে গেছে সাহসের এক অনন্য দৃষ্টান্ত।

তাঁদের স্মৃতি চির অম্লান থাকুক।

স্বাধীনতা, ন্যায়বিচার ও গণতান্ত্রিক অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠার সংগ্রামে যাঁরা নিজেদের সর্বোচ্চ ত্যাগ স্বীকার করেছেন, সেই জুলাইয়ের বীর শহীদদের প্রতি NSTU EEE Association-এর পক্ষ থেকে জানাই গভীর শ্রদ্ধা ও বিনম্র প্রণাম।

তাঁদের আত্মত্যাগ আমাদের স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয় ন্যায়ের পক্ষে দাঁড়ানোর সাহস, সত্যের প্রতি অটল থাকার দৃঢ়তা এবং একটি বৈষম্যহীন, মানবিক ও সমৃদ্ধ বাংলাদেশের স্বপ্ন। শহীদদের রক্তে লেখা ইতিহাস আমাদের প্রতিটি পদক্ষেপে অনুপ্রেরণা হয়ে থাকবে।
