✅ ডিপ্লোমা বা স্নাতকোত্তরদেরকে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি খাতে দক্ষ মানব সম্পদ হিসাবে গড়ে তোলা;(ঝরে পড়া বা বেকার শিক্ষার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে)
✅ তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি ক্ষেত্রে উদ্যোক্তা সৃষ্টি;
✅ একাডেমিয়া ও আইটি শিল্পে শক্তিশালী সংযোগ স্থাপন; এবং
✅ আইটি/ আইটিএস খাতে তরুণদের জন্য আত্নকর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ বৃদ্ধিকরণ।
