Gradually Penny Bee Solutions started to work in some external HR and training related projects for some organizations which included schools, garments, textiles and developing firm. Today, Penny Bee Solutions is offering a range of services as an HR and Student Consultancy to its desired customers which include external Human Resources and Organizational Development Projects; as well as Educational services for both local and international students. Human Resource Projects: This may include small project works like making company profiles and portfolios, external recruitment, training facilities, focus based staff & corporate training on communication skills, counselling staff in any professional problem and other related issues. We work on a range of projects and organizational analysis to identify and design (sometimes restructure) a whole managerial & organizational structure. Professional Development Coaching: Enabling individuals and teams to meet their own professional objectives through practical training and personalised support allowing them to develop their professional effectiveness. Educational Services: We are also providing a number of core educational services like training IGCSE and IAL students for their Edexcel Ordinary and Advance Level Examinations (Business School Students Only). We provide counselling on career planning and help to explain the probable outcomes of the actions to be taken. Besides all the educational services, we are also working with students who are interested to complete their further or higher studies abroad. Apart from our promotional and commercial activities, the page was also created so that people could know and learn more from different collected resources here. Mainly we always tried to focus on cross-cultural, economical and political activities around the world. We are also working with different social activities which have their own ethical values.
