But in Bangladesh who have already learnt English, they can't use the language in different circumstances. On the contrary, Who don't know English but want to learn, they need daily practise and communicate with the expert in different situations but they also can't do this because of environmental problem. Therefore, an initiative, innovative and striking method has been invented through research on English language environment and the method is English Sagar Symbol/Chinho and the symbol will be given those people who want to use/practise English and develop their speaking skill to use the symbol specially with their dresses or at any suitable location of any bank, office, shop, house or any institute. And when we will see anyone anywhere using the symbol with his/her dress, we will think, he/she is interested to speak in English. So at that moment if we are interested, we can speak in English with him/her. Then wherever with whom English Sagar Symbol can be seen, therever with them English can be spoken. Thus by this policy among us anyone or any symbol user can use or practise English naturally with all the symbol users in any circumstance .
** Some Advantages of English Sagar Symbol**
●Who have learnt English through perseverance , they will get the evaluation by the symbol & a user of the symbol will be very happy & satisfied to his/her learnt English going to any place .
●As in different situations different people will show their tendency to use or speak in English seeing any user of the symbol, the user of the symbol always will try to practise how he/she can learn more English. On the other hand , who are weak in English but want to learn , they will also take immediate step to learn English to use the symbol . This tendency is like magic.
●By this system among us anyone or any symbol user can practise or use English with any user of the symbol . Consequently a much competetion will be continuous among all the people specially students of our country.
●By the symbol the foreigners visiting in our country will also get many opportunities in communicating. Then not only we will be curious seeing any foreigner but also the foreigners will be interested to talk to us by seeing the symbol.
●When the symbol users are interested to speak in English, they will use the symbol. But in not being interested, they will not use itl.
●After all the symbol will give one district and division people a great chance to practise English language with another district and division people.
