Angina pectoris is chest pain or discomfort caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle due to narrowed coronary arteries. It is a warning sign of heart disease and should never be ignored.

* 0: Limp/Flaccid (হাত-পা শিথিল বা নিস্তেজ)
* 1: Some flexion (হাত-পা সামান্য ভাঁজ করা)

R - Respiration (Breathing/শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস)
* 0: Absent (শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস নেই)
* 1: Slow or irregular (ধীর বা অনিয়মিত শ্বাস)
* 2: Good, crying (জোরালো কান্না - যা ভালো ফুসফুসের কার্যকারিতা বোঝায়)

🔰Scoring Interpretation 🔰
টোটাল স্কোর ১০-এর মধ্যে কাউন্ট করা হয়:
* Score 7 - 10: Normal/Reassuring. (বাচ্চা সুস্থ আছে, রুটিন কেয়ার প্রয়োজন)।
* Score 4 - 6: Moderately Abnormal. (বাচ্চা কিছুটা দুর্বল, শ্বাস নিতে কষ্ট হতে পারে। সাকশন বা অক্সিজেনের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে)।
* Score 0 - 3: Low/Critical. (ইমার্জেন্সি। দ্রুত Resuscitation বা NICU সাপোর্ট প্রয়োজন)।
