Angina pectoris is chest pain or discomfort caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle due to narrowed coronary arteries. It is a warning sign of heart disease and should never be ignored.

🔹 Common symptoms: chest pressure or tightness, pain spreading to arm, neck, jaw or back, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea

🔹 Types: stable, unstable (medical emergency), and variant (Prinzmetal) angina

🔹 Triggers: physical exertion, stress, cold weather, heavy meals

APGAR Score হলো জন্মের পরপরই নবজাতকের (Newborn) ফিজিক্যাল কন্ডিশন বা হেলথ স্ট্যাটাস কুইক অ্যাসেস করার একটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড মেথড। এটি সাধারণত জন্মের ১ মিনিট এবং ৫ মিনিট পরে চেক করা হয়।

A - Appearance (Skin Color/গায়ের রং)
* 0: Blue or pale (পুরো শরীর নীল বা ফ্যাকাশে)
* 1: Pink body, blue extremities (শরীর গোলাপি কিন্তু হাত-পা নীল - একে Acrocyanosis বলে)
* 2: Pink (পুরো শরীর গোলাপি)

P - Pulse (Heart Rate/হার্টবিট)
* 0: Absent (হার্টবিট নেই)
* 1: 100 bpm (প্রতি মিনিটে ১০০-এর বেশি)

G - Grimace (Reflex Irritability/রিফ্লেক্স বা প্রতিক্রিয়া)
* 0: No response (স্টিমুলেশনে কোনো সাড়া নেই)
* 1: Grimace (সামান্য মুখভঙ্গি বা নড়াচড়া)
* 2: Cry or active withdrawal (জোরে কান্না, হাঁচি বা কাশি)

A - Activity (Muscle Tone/মাসল টোন)
* 0: Limp/Flaccid (হাত-পা শিথিল বা নিস্তেজ)
* 1: Some flexion (হাত-পা সামান্য ভাঁজ করা)
* 2: Active motion (হাত-পা অ্যাক্টিভলি নাড়াচাড়া করা)

R - Respiration (Breathing/শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস)
* 0: Absent (শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস নেই)
* 1: Slow or irregular (ধীর বা অনিয়মিত শ্বাস)
* 2: Good, crying (জোরালো কান্না - যা ভালো ফুসফুসের কার্যকারিতা বোঝায়)

🔰Scoring Interpretation 🔰
টোটাল স্কোর ১০-এর মধ্যে কাউন্ট করা হয়:
* Score 7 - 10: Normal/Reassuring. (বাচ্চা সুস্থ আছে, রুটিন কেয়ার প্রয়োজন)।
* Score 4 - 6: Moderately Abnormal. (বাচ্চা কিছুটা দুর্বল, শ্বাস নিতে কষ্ট হতে পারে। সাকশন বা অক্সিজেনের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে)।
* Score 0 - 3: Low/Critical. (ইমার্জেন্সি। দ্রুত Resuscitation বা NICU সাপোর্ট প্রয়োজন)।
