We are delighted to announce that Team JKKNIUMCS, consisting of Md. Hasibur Rahman, Waziha Islam Tithi, and Shakil Anwar, under the guidance of their coach Md. Assadullahil Galib, has secured a place among the Top 16 teams in the 4th Professor Dr. Khabir Uddin Ahmed National Moot Court Competition 2026.

Out of approximately 63 memorials submitted nationwide, only 16 teams advanced to the Oral Rounds following a rigorous evaluation process. The Oral Rounds are scheduled to be held on 5–6 June 2026.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the team and wish them every success as they represent the JKKNIU Moot Court Society on the national stage.

The First Executive Meeting of the "Executive Committee 2026" of JKKNIU Moot Court Society was successfully held today.

The meeting focused on strengthening regular activities through weekly sessions, enhancing English fluency and advocacy skills, and planning impactful initiatives including public speaking competitions, mock trials, workshops, and intra-department competitions. Discussions were also held regarding quality-based team formation for national and international moot court competitions, member recruitment, performance recognition, active participation, and the distribution of responsibilities among the Executive Members.

With new goals, shared responsibilities, and a united vision, we move forward towards excellence in mooting and advocacy In Sha Allah.

This is to inform you that the scheduled time for the viva voce for the formation of the Executive Committee of the JKKNIU Moot Court Society (2026) has been slightly revised.
The viva voce will now commence at 2:15 PM instead of 2:30 PM on Monday at the Conference Room.
All other instructions remain unchanged. You are requested to be present on time with the required documents and be prepared for your presentation.

One of our participants, Mst. Fatema Jannati Toma, has successfully received her certificate for participating in the 2nd Intra-Department Moot Court Competition organized by Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
Although she was unable to collect the certificate at the scheduled time, the Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University Moot Court Society (JKKNIUMCS) ensured that she did not miss out. Today, she received her participation certificate from the Co-Moderator of the Society, Assistant Professor Arindam Biswas.
We congratulate her once again for her participation and commitment.

Congratulations to Team JKKNIUMCS for securing 5th position in Bangladesh and qualifying for the Quarterfinals. The team won all four preliminary rounds and also secured 5th position in Memorial Drafting.

Special congratulations to Abir Hossain Shihab for achieving 9th place in the Oral Submissions.

The team has created a remarkable milestone for future mooters to follow. We hope our future mooters will continue to uphold and surpass this achievement in the days ahead.

We are proud to announce that a team comprising Aabir Al Saad, Mahbubul Alam, and Protap Roy from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University is representing the University at the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition –Bangladesh National Qualifying Round.
The team has demonstrated unwavering dedication, discipline, and commitment in preparing for this prestigious competition. Their tireless efforts reflect the spirit of excellence, advocacy, and professionalism upheld by our institution.
