রাতুল আর সায়মা যখন তাদের ব্যাগ গুছিয়ে এক জায়গা থেকে অন্য জায়গায় যাওয়ার প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছেন, এই পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটি হলো Migrate । এটি একটি সাধারণ শব্দ যার মানে হলো এক এলাকা বা দেশ ছেড়ে অন্য এলাকায় গিয়ে বসবাস শুরু করা।
সহজ কথায়: তারা তাদের জীবন নতুন করে শুরু করার জন্য মুভ Move করছেন।

২. Emigrate (এমিগ্রেট) - দেশ ত্যাগ করা (Exit)
যেদিন রাতুল আর সায়মা শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে গিয়ে ইমিগ্রেশন পার হলেন এবং বাংলাদেশের মাটি ছেড়ে প্লেনে উঠলেন, তখন তারা বাংলাদেশ থেকে Emigrate করলেন।
এখানে E দিয়ে মনে রাখুন Exit ।
বাংলাদেশের মানুষের কাছে তারা এখন Emigrants(প্রবাসী)।
সহজ কথায়:** যখন কেউ নিজের দেশ ছেড়ে বের হয়ে (Exit) যায়।

৩. Immigrate (ইমিগ্রেট) - নতুন দেশে প্রবেশ (In)
কয়েক ঘণ্টা পর যখন তাদের প্লেন কানাডার টরন্টোতে নামল এবং তারা সেখানকার বিমানবন্দরে প্রবেশের অনুমতি পেলেন, তখন তারা কানাডায় Immigrate করলেন।
এখানে I দিয়ে মনে রাখুন In বা Into ।
কানাডার সরকারের কাছে তারা এখন Immigrants(অভিবাসী)।
