We conduct our training using highly practical and hands-on exercises ensuring that our clients retain the skills learnt. In a span of ten years, NCIIT has grown to become the leading computer training organization in Moulvibazar District in Bangladesh. OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY We believe that effective training must be relevant to the needs and experience of the participants and that good training must be interesting, enjoyable, challenging and practical. Our goal with each course is to facilitate the learning of participants by using skillful training methods and well-designed materials, among other techniques. TRAINING METHODS Our training programs incorporate a variety of effective training methodologies:- 1. An important element of our quality training is the course design. The content is carefully planned to have a logical development of learning concepts with each topic building upon previous ones. 2. Our courses include hands-on exercises to allow participants to practice what they learn in class and to understand the practical use of the lesson being taught. NCIIT centers provide support for those who may not be satisfied at the end of the course, by allowing such participants to reset for the courses. This is subject to availability of space in the classroom. 3. NCIIT Campus has gone a notch higher on its teaching methodology. Its methodology teaching for Understanding (TFU) makes learning more interactive, enriching and fun. 4. It was developed to address the rising concern of the apparent inability of many students to apply school knowledge and skills to real-life problems in workplace settings. 5. The methodology ensures that what students have learnt is not left in the examination room but rather has become part of their life experiences and can be applied in different environments flexibly. WE CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK NCIIT asks you, the customer, to fill out an anonymous questionnaire to let us know how we performed against what you expected. Our Quality Manager then uses this information to constantly improve on how we serve you. A HELPING HAND Our instructors and lectures are available for out of class one-on-one assistance to ensure that no student gets left behind. There is no extra charge for this assistance - it is part of our commitment to your success. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS To realize maximum benefits from the course that you are attending, please read these regulations. REGISTRATION POLICY:- 1. Personal chouse are not accepted. 2. All fee balances must be cleared by the date specified on the student pass/ policy 3. Discounts cannot be transferred to non-end user courses or other centers or be redeemed as cash. 4. Re-sitting a course is free subject to a seat being available on the Friday afternoon before the course starts. 5. A person re-sitting a course shall use their old workbook and pay for the necessary exams. 6. Registration on to the next course may be done while attending a current course. Dates and times for the next course can be obtained from career counselors at the front office ATTENDING A COURSE:- 1. Students MUST join the course that they are registered for on the start date (first day) of the course. 2. A student joining later than the start date of a course shall collect their workbook from their Career Counselor or instructor and study the chapter(s) of the missed session(s) and ONLY seek for clarification or help from the course instructor on those chapters. 3. No student shall be allowed to join later than the 5th day after a course has started. 4. A student who has not paid the complete fee shall not be allowed to join a course. 5. Management shall expel a student deemed to have behaved in an unbecoming manner within NCIIT's premises. 6. Students MUST complete their coursework: assessments, tests or projects as directed by their instructor(s). 7. Students MUST report to class on time. Late students may not be allowed to attend class. 8. Students must switch off all mobile phones when in class. 9. No food or drinks will be allowed in the classrooms. 10. Candidates with fees arrears will not be allowed to sit for exams. 11. Students who join a course without satisfying the entry criteria shall complete and sign a "NON-CONFORMANCE DISCLAIMER FORM". NCIIT shall not be responsible for their performance. DOING EXAMINATIONS AT THE NCIIT TEST CENTER 1. Candidates MUST report fifteen (15) minutes before the start time of an exam as shown on the Student Pass. 2. Candidates who come late or fail to attend scheduled exam(s) shall re-register at an extra fee and sit the test at a later date. 3. Candidates are prohibited from carrying unauthorized items: bags, books, etc., into the testing room. 4. Candidates must maintain silence while waiting to use or using the Testing Center facility. 5. Candidates MUST bring their Student Pass, Log book and an identification document whose details match those on their Pass. 6. Exams may be scheduled on Saturdays. 7. The examination time is non-transferable. Candidates wishing to change time shall pay a re-scheduling fee. 8. Candidates who do not pass an NCIIT exam must wait a minimum 7days before the next attempt. HOW YOU CAN PAY LESS 1. Toppers Scheme A student who passes with the highest mark in their CLASS earns a 15% discount on any end user course of their choice. For NCIIT part 1 or 2 students, it is the highest average mark across all exams that count. 2. Recommend a Friend A student of NCIIT may recommend their friend to get a 5% discount on any end user course. The recommender earns 5% discount on end user course(s), and can build up on further recommendations to 15%. 3. Relatives and Friends of Staff ? Relatives and friends of NCIIT staff are entitled to a 10% discount on end user courses. ? Discounts do not apply to company sponsored students
