📖 হাদিস | Hadith

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: أَوْصِنِي، قَالَ: «لَا تَغْضَبْ» فَرَدَّدَ مِرَارًا، قَالَ: «لَا تَغْضَبْ»

বাংলা অর্থ

এক ব্যক্তি রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে বললেন, "আমাকে উপদেশ দিন।"

তিনি বললেন:

"রাগ করো না।"

লোকটি কয়েকবার উপদেশ চাইলে তিনি প্রতিবারই বললেন:

"রাগ করো না।"

English Translation

A man asked the Prophet ﷺ for advice. He said:

"Do not become angry."

The man repeated his request several times, and the Prophet ﷺ replied each time:

"Do not become angry."

🌿 বাংলা ব্যাখ্যা

রাগ মানুষের স্বাভাবিক অনুভূতি। কিন্তু রাগের বশে অনেক মানুষ এমন কথা বলে বা এমন কাজ করে, যার জন্য পরে সারাজীবন অনুতপ্ত হতে হয়।

কত পরিবার ভেঙে গেছে একটি রাগের কথার কারণে।

কত বন্ধুত্ব নষ্ট হয়েছে একটি মুহূর্তের উত্তেজনায়।

কত মানুষ নিজের সম্মান হারিয়েছে রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে না পেরে।

তাই রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ সংক্ষিপ্ত কিন্তু গভীর একটি উপদেশ দিয়েছেন:

"রাগ করো না।"

অর্থাৎ রাগ এলে নিজেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করো এবং শয়তানের প্ররোচনা থেকে দূরে থাকো।

Anger is a natural human emotion. However, when anger controls us, it can lead to words and actions that we regret for years.

Many families have been broken because of angry words.

Many friendships have ended because of a moment of uncontrolled emotion.

Many people have lost respect because they failed to control their temper.

That is why the Prophet ﷺ repeatedly advised:

"Do not become angry."

In other words, do not let anger control your behavior.

A Lesson for the Heart

যখন আপনি রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করেন, তখন আপনি শুধু একজন মানুষকে নয়, নিজের নফসকেও পরাজিত করেন।

অনেক সময় চুপ থাকা তর্কে জয়ী হওয়ার চেয়ে বড় বিজয়।

ক্ষমা করা প্রতিশোধ নেওয়ার চেয়ে বড় শক্তি।

নিজেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা অন্যকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার চেয়ে বড় অর্জন।

When you control your anger, you are not just overcoming a situation—you are overcoming your own ego.

Sometimes remaining silent is a greater victory than winning an argument.

Forgiveness is often stronger than revenge.

Self-control is one of the greatest strengths a believer can possess.

✅ "আউযু বিল্লাহি মিনাশ শাইতানির রজীম" পড়ুন।

✅ সম্ভব হলে চুপ থাকুন।

✅ দাঁড়িয়ে থাকলে বসে যান।

✅ অযু করুন।

✅ আল্লাহর কথা স্মরণ করুন।

✅ Seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan.

✅ Change your position (sit down if standing).

রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন যে, যে ব্যক্তি রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে অথচ প্রতিশোধ নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখে, আল্লাহ তাকে কিয়ামতের দিন বিশেষ সম্মান দান করবেন।

The true strength of a believer is not in physical power, but in the ability to control anger and act with wisdom.

عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ:

«تَبَسُّمُكَ فِي وَجْهِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ»

বাংলা অর্থ

রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন:

"তোমার ভাইয়ের মুখে হাসিমুখে তাকানোও তোমার জন্য সদকা।"

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"Your smile in the face of your brother is charity."

আমরা অনেক সময় মনে করি সদকা মানে শুধু টাকা-পয়সা দান করা। কিন্তু ইসলাম আমাদের শিখিয়েছে যে একটি আন্তরিক হাসিও সদকা হতে পারে।

রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ ছিলেন অত্যন্ত হাস্যোজ্জ্বল ও সদাচারী। সাহাবীগণ (রা.) বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, তিনি মানুষের সাথে দেখা হলে প্রায়ই হাসিমুখে কথা বলতেন। তাঁর হাসি মানুষের হৃদয় জয় করত, কষ্ট দূর করত এবং ভালোবাসা সৃষ্টি করত।

অনেক মানুষ বড় বড় নফল ইবাদতের সুযোগ পায় না। কিন্তু হাসিমুখে কথা বলার সুযোগ প্রতিদিন অসংখ্যবার আসে।

📖 হাদিস | Hadith

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

«لَا تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا، وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوا حَتَّى تَحَابُّوا، أَوَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ إِذَا فَعَلْتُمُوهُ تَحَابَبْتُمْ؟ أَفْشُوا السَّلَامَ بَيْنَكُمْ»

বাংলা অর্থ

রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন:

"তোমরা জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত পূর্ণ ঈমানদার না হবে, আর পূর্ণ ঈমানদার হতে পারবে না যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত একে অপরকে ভালোবাসবে না। আমি কি তোমাদের এমন একটি কাজের কথা বলব না, যা করলে তোমাদের মধ্যে ভালোবাসা সৃষ্টি হবে? তোমরা নিজেদের মধ্যে সালামের প্রসার ঘটাও।"

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"You will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not truly believe until you love one another. Shall I tell you something which, if you do it, you will love one another? Spread Salam among yourselves."

📖 সূরা ইয়াসিন – আয়াত ৫০ | Surah Yā-Sīn – Verse 50

আরবি:

فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَا إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

উচ্চারণ:

Falā yastaṭī‘ūna tawṣiyatan wa lā ilā ahlihim yarji‘ūn.

বাংলা অর্থ:

"তখন তারা কোনো অসিয়ত করতে সক্ষম হবে না এবং নিজেদের পরিবারের কাছেও ফিরে যেতে পারবে না।"

English Translation:

"Then they will not be able to make a will, nor will they return to their families."

📖 সূরা ইয়াসিন – আয়াত ৪৯ | Surah Yā-Sīn – Verse 49

আরবি:

مَا يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ

উচ্চারণ:

Mā yanẓurūna illā ṣaiḥatan wāḥidatan ta'khudhuhum wa hum yakhiṣṣimūn.

"তারা তো কেবল একটি ভয়ঙ্কর আওয়াজের অপেক্ষায় আছে, যা তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করবে, যখন তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে তর্ক-বিতর্কে লিপ্ত থাকবে।"

English Translation:

"They await only a single blast, which will seize them while they are disputing among themselves."
