Ahl al-Bayt are seen as divinely appointed individuals and teachers of the Islamic faith after Muhammad. Members of the Ahl al-Bayt include: - Prophet Muhammad.

AHL-E BAYT (Ahl al-Bayt), the “family of the house” or “household,” i.e., of the Prophet. In pre-Islamic Arabia bayt included the meaning of a noble family within a tribe (Ebn Manẓūr, Lesān al-ʿarab al-moḥīṭ, ed. Y. Ḵayyāṭ, I, Beirut, n.d., p. 292). Thus the term Ahl al-Bayt in its most generalized understanding refers to the descendents of the Prophet’s forbear Hāšem, who had been a bayt or a family possessing honor among the pre-Islamic Qorayš; during the Islamic period the term continues to refer to all the descendents of Hāšem, including the ʿAbbasids. In a tradition Zayd b. Arqam interprets Ahl al-Bayt as the families of ʿAlī, ʿAqīl, Jaʿfar, and ʿAbbās (Ebn Kaṯīr, Tafsīr al-Qorʾān al-ʿaẓīm III, Beirut, 1969, p. 486). There is some evidence that the Omayyads claimed that the honor of this bayt went back not to Hāšem but to ʿAbd Manāf; thus they attempted to include themselves among its members (W. M. Watt, The Formative Period of Islam, Edinburgh, 1973, p. 39).

The phrase Ahl al-Bayt occurs in Koran 33:33: “God only intends to keep evil away from you, Family of the Household, and to purify you thoroughly.” The vast majority of the traditions quoted by Ṭabarī explain Ahl al-Bayt in this verse as referring to the Prophet, ʿAlī, Fāṭema, Ḥasan, and Ḥosayn; in some of these traditions the Prophet gathers the others under his cloak (see Āl-e ʿAbā). However, Ṭabarī does include one tradition that interprets Ahl al-Bayt as referring to the Prophet’s wives (Jāmeʿ al-bayān XXII, 3rd ed., Cairo, 1968, pp. 6-8). The first interpretation is strenuously supported by Shiʿite commentators (ʿAlī b. Ebrāhīm al-Qomī, Tafsīr al-Qomī, ed. S. Ṭ. Mūsawī Jazāʾerī, II, Naǰaf, 1387/1967, p. 193). Much later Ebn Kaṯīr suggests in his commentary that Ahl al-Bayt includes the wives of the Prophet, but he is not prepared positively to exclude ʿAlī, Fāṭema, Ḥasan, and Ḥosayn. A typical Sunni compromise is to make Ahl al-Bayt in this verse refer both to the wives of the Prophet and to ʿAlī and Fāṭema (Lesān al-ʿarab, loc. cit.). Shiʿite writers generally refer to Ahl al-Bayt in the loose sense of the totality of the descendents of ʿAlī and Fāṭema, but in theological writings they reserve it for ʿAlī, Fāṭema, Ḥasan, Ḥosayn, and the remaining Imams. The Koranic verse is regarded as evidence that all of them were without sin (Shaikh Ṭūsī, Tafsīr al-tebyān, ed. A. Ḥ. Qasīr, VIII, Naǰaf, 1968, pp. 307-08; Ṭabarī, Maǰmaʿ al-bayān fī tafsīr al-Qorʾān, ed. A. Šaʿrānī, 5th ed., VIII, Tehran, 1395/1975, p. 358; Faḵr-al-dīn Ṭerīhī, Maǰmaʿ al-baḥrayn, ed. S. A. Ḥosaynī, II, Naǰaf, n.d., pp. 193-94).

اس شخص سے معافی مانگو جسکی غیبت کی ہو، اور یہ ایک ایسا گناہ ہے جسکی وجہ سے لوگ کاٹ کاٹ کہ جہنم میں پھینکے جایں گے

جسم ایک دکان کی مثل ہے اور زبان اس کا تالا
جب تک تالا لگا ہے کچھ پتہ نہیں
لیکن جب تالا کھلتا ہے تو پتہ چلتا ہے کہ دکان سونے کی ہے یا کوئلے کی

جو شخص یہ دیکھنا چاہتا ہے کے الله کے نزدیک اسکا کیا مقام ہےتو وہ یہ دیکھے کے اسکے نزدیک الله کا کیا مقام ہے

خوش اخلاق لوگوں سے خوش اخلاقی سے پیش آنا کمال نہیں
مگر
بد اخلاق لوگوں سے خوش اخلاقی سے پیش آنا کمال ہے

سوچنا اور غور کرنا دنیا کا مشکل ترین کام ہے شاید یہی وجہ ہے کہ بہت کم لوگ اس کی زحمت گوارا کرتے ہیں۔‌

پکارو اسکو جو مالک عرش عظیم ھےمت پکارو اسکو جو خود زیر زمین ھےمدد کیوں مانگتے ھو غیروں کے دربار سےوہ کونساکام ھے جو ھوتا نھیں پروردگار سےصرف ایک اللہ مددگارباقی سب طلبگار

میں اللہ سے ڈرتا ہوں اور اس کے بعد اس نفس سے ڈرتا ہوں جو خدا سے نہیں ڈرتا

صبر اور نماز سے مدد لو ، بے شک نماز ایک سخت مشکل کام ہے ، مگر اُن فرماں بردار بندوں کے لیے مشکل نہیں ہے

ایک بات زندگی بھر یاد رکھنا اور وہ یہ کہ کسی کو دھوکا دینا اپنے آپ کودھوکا دینے کے مترادف ہے۔ دھوکے میں بڑی جان ہوتی ہے وہ مرتا نہیں ہے۔گھوم پھر کر ایک روز واپس آپ کے پاس ہی پہنچ جاتا ہے کیونکہ اس کو اپنےٹھکانے سے بڑی محبت ہے اور وہ اپنی جائے پیدائش کو چھوڑ کر کہیں رہ نہیں سکتا۔

ہم چہرے کو خوب صاف رکھتے ہیں جس پے لوگوں کی نظر ہوتی هے،ليکن دل کو صاف نہیں رکتھے جس پے الله کی نظر ہوتی ہے

جب تک قدرت و طاقت هو،احسان کر _ کيونکه انسان کی قدرت هميشه باقی نہیں رهتی _

ایسی غربت پر صبر کرنا جس میں عزت محفوظ ہو اس امیری سے بہتر ہے جس میں
ذلّت و رسوائی ہو.

سب سے بڑی خيانت يه هے ، که تم اپنے بهائی سے کوئی بات کهو اور وه تمهاری بات کو سچ سمجهے حالانکه تم نے جو بات اس سے کهی وه جهوٹی تهی _

جب تم نماز نہ پڑهو تو مت سوچو كہ وقت نہيں ملا. بلكہ يہ سوچو كہ تم سے كونسى غلطى ہوئى ہے كہ الله تبارک وتعالى نے تم كو اپنے سامنے كهڑا كرنا پسند نہ كيا ...

اگر توكل سيكهنا ہے تو پرندوں سے سيكهو كہ جب وه شام كو گهر واپس جاتے ہيں توان كى چونچ ميں كل كے لئيے كوئى دانہ نہيں ہوتا.

جو ايمان اتنا كمزور ہو كہ چل كر مسجد تک نہ جائے وه بهلا قيامت كے دن جنت ميں كيسے لے كر جائيگا.......

ہركوئى چاہتا ہے كہ مجہے كاميابى مل جائے ليكن جب مسجد سے دن ميں 5 مرتبہ آواز آتى ہے "حي على الفلاح" آؤ كاميابى كى طرف – تو اس طرف جانے كى ہم زحمت نہيں كرتے. افسوس كہ جس چيز كو وه سارى زندگى ہر جگہ تلاش كركہ بهى حاصل نہيں كرسكا وه تو خود اسے اپنے پاس بلارہى ہے ....

5 - الله رب العزت نے فرمايا اگر ميں نے تمام باتيں قسمت ميں لكہنى ہوتيں تو ميں اپنے بندے كو دعا مانگنا نہ سيكهاتا.

كوشش كرو كہ تم دنيا ميں رہو دنيا تم ميں نہ رہے كيونكہ كشتى جب تک پانى ميں رہتى ہے خوب تيرتى ہے ليكن جب پانى كشتى ميں جاتا ہے تو وه ڈوب جاتى ہے

جس سے تو اور تیرا حبیب صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم راضی ہوں .
