মানুষ শুধু 'মানুষকে' হারায় না। কখনো কখনো সে নিজেকেও হারিয়ে ফেলে। কেউ বন্ধুত্বে ঠকে, কেউ ভালোবাসায় ঠকে, কেউ চাকরির ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে ঠকে। এই যে ছুটে চলছে রক্ত মাংসের মানুষ, তারও কেউ কেউ হয়তো নিজেকে হারিয়ে বসে আছে জীবনের কোন এক বাঁকে। মানুষের শখ, স্বপ্ন, আশা হারিয়ে গেলে মানুষের আর কিছুই বেঁচে থাকে না। বাকি পথটুকু মানুষ নিজেকে কেবল বয়ে নিয়ে যায়। এক ক্লান্তিকর যাতাপথ শেষের অপেক্ষায়!
