Demostrative speech means to explain something as a speech to your audience .
1.At first give your introduction and say your topic.
2.Tell the audience about the materials they will need to make this (topic).
3.Give steps.
4.Include a few tips and tricks to make (topic) better.
5.Conclusion.
Make sure to explain in simple words if you are explaining it (topic) to a kid. However, if you are explaining to an adult you can use complicated words or phrases.
