Above that, the mesosphere is where meteors burn up upon entry, creating visible shooting stars. The thermosphere hosts auroras and is where many spacecraft operate, interacting with solar radiation. Beyond this lies the exosphere, the outermost boundary where satellites orbit and the atmosphere gradually fades into space.

Together, these layers act as a protective shield, regulating temperature, blocking harmful radiation, and enabling life to thrive.
