Education Counselor (Front Desk)
Location: 22 Shamsur Rahman Road, Shantidham, Khulna
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (10 AM - 8 PM)

Salary: Negotiable + Commission + Performance Bonus

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
- Handle phone, email, and social media inquiries professionally
- Provide basic counseling for IELTS courses and study abroad programs
- Manage admission forms, student records, and scheduling
- Coordinate with training and consultancy teams
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
✅ Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or education counseling role (Undergad students/Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
- Presentable, friendly, and confident in dealing with students and parents
- Knowledge of IELTS and study abroad processes is a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online tools)
