Smart Campus
Smart Campus is a school/college management app that allows teachers and students to communicate with academic curriculum. Guardians also have limited access that are connected with student. schools that have unlimited students can get the benefits of it. Simple and minimalist design make it app easy to understand in a broad age group. This app features four logged user dashboards for everyone, Teacher, Student and Guardian. Although all user data is pre-stored in database but teachers can easily add/remove students or guardians at ease. Some features can be found in all dashboards eg. Notice/Banner.
Teachers Dashboard Options
1.Add/remove exta class schedules for specific student groups and check their own class routine with zoom in/out feature.
2.Add/remove class test schedules for specific student groups.
3.Post about their class lectures in a time sorting order.
4.Easily take students attendance with subject code and date.
5.Update students information in app database with just few clicks.
6.Update student admit and report card anytime maintaining previous data.
7.For online classes, add/remove class links for specific student groups.
8.Can send a student warning directly to their profile.
9.Special HR management option which assigns teachers various task from HR.
10.Secondary notice can be set by teachers.
11.Approve student payment request.
Students Dashboard Options
1.Can check their class routines and extra class schedules.
2.Can get their exam details with class test schedule.
3.Checkout recent lectures posted by teachers.
4.Can see their last 30 class attendance details.
5.Gets notified for warnings from teachers.
6.Easily can check their due data and pay due using payment methods.
7.Explore online class links and notice board easily with past notice details.
8.Can show their virtual ID card for identification.
9.Gets updated with their report card and admit details.
Guardians Dashboard Options
Guadians has same dashboard options as students except virtual ID card, warnings, admit card and lectures details.
