πŸŽ‰ **2nd Place β€” Alpona Competition, University Day 2026** πŸŽ‰

Proud to share that the students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, KUET secured 2nd place in the Alpona Competition held for University Day 2026! 🎨

What started as strokes of colour on concrete turned into a night-long journey of teamwork, creativity and dedication. Our students worked through the entire night, brush in hand, turning imagination into art on the ground.

Heartfelt gratitude to all the students who poured their energy and passion into this artwork, to our respected teachers for their constant encouragement and to the university authorities for organizing such a wonderful celebration of art and unity on this special day.

This achievement belongs to every hand that held a brush and every voice that kept the spirit alive through the night. 🧑

IGNITION 2026

Ladies and gentlemen, as IGNITION 2026 – National Mechanical Festival comes to a close, we proudly reflect on an incredible journeyβ€”featuring 1400+ participants and nearly 1000 on-campus engagements across 12 dynamic segments.
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the visionary guidance of our Honourable Vice Chancellor Sir, our respected Head of Department & Convenor Sir, Co-Convenor Sir, Member Secretary Sir, and all our esteemed teachers and judges. Your support shaped this success.
A special thanks to our sponsors and partnersβ€”your trust and contribution powered our vision and made this festival truly grand.
And to our volunteersβ€”your relentless effort, dedication, and behind-the-scenes hustle ensured everything ran seamlessly. You were the true backbone of IGNITION 2026.
