With profound respect and heartfelt emotion, we bid farewell to Brigadier General Touhidul Islam, PSC Sir, the former Principal of BCIC College, on 26 April 2026. On this memorable occasion, the BNCC cadets proudly presented a Guard of Honor as a symbol of gratitude, admiration, and sincere respect for a leader whose presence elevated the dignity, discipline, and reputation of our beloved institution.
Sir was truly one of the finest principals BCIC College has ever witnessed. His visionary leadership, unwavering dedication, and remarkable personality inspired every student and teacher alike. He always worked for the progress of the college, encouraged excellence, and created an environment where discipline walked hand in hand with kindness and wisdom.
What made Sir even more exceptional was his humble and caring nature toward the students. He greeted students warmly, shared handshakes with many, and made everyone feel valued and respected. Such gestures reflected the greatness of his character, proving that true leadership is built not only on authority, but also on humanity, compassion, and genuine connection with people.
Though his farewell fills our hearts with sorrow, his legacy will remain alive forever in the corridors of BCIC College and in the hearts of every student.
