An Assartive sentence can be changed as " Sub+ told+ object + that + Changes of person + Changes of tense+ changes of objective form + object.

An interrogative sentence can be changed as" Sub+ Asked+ object + Wh/if + Changes of person + Changes of tense+ changes of objective form + object.(Remember at first you have to convert every single sentence into assartive form in reported speech).

'No' =Subject + replied in the negative.

'No' + something =Subject + replied in the negative + and said that.

Yes =Indirect Speech structure “Subject + replied in the affirmative.

Yes =Indirect Speech structure “Subject + replied in the affirmative + and said that…”

Sir =Addressing as Sir/ Respectfully / With due respect.

By Allah/ By Jove/ By God/ By my life” = Indirect Speech-will be “Swearing by Allah/ by Jove/ by God/ by my life.”
