বিষয়: ৫ম শ্রেণির ছাত্রীদের টিকাদান কর্মসূচি সংক্রান্ত জরুরি বিজ্ঞপ্তি

এতদ্বারা সেক্রেড হার্ট মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়, যশোর-এর ৫ম শ্রেণির ছাত্রীদের অভিভাবকবৃন্দকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আগামীকাল মঙ্গলবার, ১৮/০৮/২০২৬ ইং তারিখে অত্র বিদ্যালয়ে যশোর পৌরসভা কর্তৃক জরায়ুমুখের ক্যান্সারের টিকা এইচপিভি ভ্যাকসিন (HPV - Human Papillomavirus) টিকাদান কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। -

টিকাদান কর্মসূচির সময়: সকাল ১০:০০টা থেকে ১১:০০টা পর্যন্ত।

অতএব, টিকা গ্রহণে আগ্রহী ৫ম শ্রেণির ছাত্রীদের যথাসময়ে বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য বলা হলো। টিকা প্রদান শেষে অভিভাবকগণ ইচ্ছা করলে তাঁদের সন্তানদের সঙ্গে নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন।

বিষয়টি অতীব জরুরি। সকল অভিভাবককে বিষয়টি গুরুত্বসহকারে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।

৫ম শ্রেণির ছাত্রদের এবং অন্যান্য সকল শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের যথারীতি ক্লাস চলবে।
