Competing among 48 teams from across the country, GSTU Law delivered an outstanding performance and secured the 6th position in the Memorial Ranking, marking a remarkable achievement in its very first appearance at this esteemed international moot court competition.

The team was coached by Nahida Siddika Nila, Assistant Professor of the Department of Law, GSTU, whose guidance and mentorship played a crucial role in this success. The team comprised Nusrat Jahan Nishu as the 1st Oralist, Joy Mojumder as the 2nd Oralist, and Samiul Haque as the Researcher, whose collective dedication, rigorous preparation, and advocacy skills brought honor to the university.

This achievement stands as a testament to the academic excellence, commitment, and growing mooting culture of the Department of Law, GSTU. The department looks forward to many more milestones in the years ahead.

𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐒𝐓𝐔 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

A team from Law–7 participated without any prior experience, as it was the 1st competition arranged by the department, and proudly secured the Runner-up Trophy.

Notably, Joy Mojumdar was also recognized as one of the Best Mooters of the competition.
