[Important Notice Regarding the J-CERT Exam]
Recently, there have been reports of cheating—including the use of iGlasses, iEarphones, and various other devices—in the 13 countries where the J-CERT exam is administered.
Therefore, to ensure a fair testing process, we in Japan conduct a double-check—including AI-based evaluation—when issuing certificates of completion.
Of course, AI assessment is not 100% perfect.
However, in cases where the correct and incorrect answers on an answer sheet, or the answer patterns, show unnaturally similar characteristics, the AI assessment may result in a failing grade.
To ensure fair and proper testing going forward, we will continue to issue certificates of completion based on AI assessment.
If any examinee is dissatisfied with the results of their certificate evaluation, we will address the matter on a case-by-case basis.
If a retest is necessary, we will accommodate this by allowing the examinee to take the J-CERT exam free of charge.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
