We are delighted to announce that team Project Altair has stood 10th out of 35 teams in the International Rover Design Challenge 2023. This is the best result achieved so far by any Bangladeshi team in the International Rover Design Challenge Competition(IRDC).

We also extend our warmest congratulations to the other Bangladeshi teams. We congratulate Team Ogrodoot -অগ্রদূত , KUET Mars Rover - Team Durbar , Team Interplanetar - BUET Mars Rover Team and Mongol Barota - MIST Mars Rover Society on their well-deserved success in the competition! Your achievements have brought great honor to our country.

We are incredibly proud of each member of Team Project Altair for their dedication and hard work. This accomplishment is a testament to our team's talent and determination.

Project Altair making its debut in the best way possible!

We are thrilled to announce that Project Altair has been selected as a finalist in the International Rover Design Challenge IRDC-2023! This is our first ever competition as a merged team, and we are so grateful for the support of our seniors, teammates and our fellow iutians. We could not have done it without you.

The IRDC-2023 is a prestigious competition that challenges teams from around the world to design and build a rover that can explore and map an unknown environment. We are excited to have the opportunity to showcase our skills and ingenuity, and we are confident that our rover will be a force to be reckoned with.

We are looking forward to the challenge, and we know that we can achieve great things with your support. Please join us in cheering on Project Altair as we compete in the finals of IRDC-2023.

We are elated to announce that our very own A. K. M. Rakinuzzaman and Mainul Islam (Team Optimus) have become champions at Project Showcasing (Hardware) in CodeRush 1.0, organized by IUT Computer Society (IUTCS) and the Department of CSE, IUT. Well, that was not the only one for the evening, with Sadi Mobassir and Safwan Sami (Team Blunt) also bagging the second runner-up position in the same event. Furthermore, our very own Lomatul Mahzabin clinched the first prize in Project Showcasing (Software) too. Big congratulations to the five of them for their incredible achievements! Their success is a testament to their skills and creativity, and we are proud to have them on our team. We wish them all the best and pray for them to shine even brighter in the coming days.
