বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষায় ফান্ডিংঃ সঠিক Email কিভাবে লিখব?

বিদেশে ব্যাচেলর, মাস্টার্স বা পিএইচডি করতে গেলে একটি পারফেক্ট ইমেইল কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তা বলে শেষ করা যাবে না! শুধুমাত্র ইমেইলের সাবজেক্ট এর কারণে অধিকাংশ ইমেইল প্রফেসররা ওপেনই করেন না! আপনি যতই যোগ্য আর মেধাবী হোন না কেন, সঠিক ভাবে ইমেইল লিখতে না জানলে বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষায় ফান্ডিং অধরাই থেকে যেতে পারে! আজকের এই লিখায় আমার অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে দেখানোর চেষ্টা করছি- কীভাবে একটি স্মার্ট এবং to-the-point ইমেইল লিখতে হয়, যেটি আপনাকে ফান্ডিং, স্কলারশিপ, রিসার্চ অ্যাসিসট্যান্টশিপ বা এডমিশন পেতে সাহায্য করবে। একই সাথে ২টি ইমেইল টেমপ্ল্যাট নিচে দেওয়া হয়েছে, যেগুলো আপনি কাস্টোমাইজ করে নিজের মত করে ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন।

ইমেইল লেখার ১২টি নিয়ম – MUST FOLLOW (What TO DO)
১. অতিব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সাবজেক্ট লাইন

৩. শক্তিশালী সেলফ-ইন্ট্রোডাকশন
উদাহরণ:
"I am a final-year student of Biochemistry at the University of Dhaka with a CGPA of 3.92/4.00. My undergraduate thesis on 'Nanoparticle-based Drug Delivery Systems' was awarded the Best Research Project in our department."

৪. প্রফেসরের কাজের সাথে কানেকশন দেখান
উদাহরণ:

৫. স্পেসিফিক স্কিলস হাইলাইট করুন

বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষায় ফান্ডিং সঠিকভাবে Email লিখতে এই Structure ফলো করুন:

o Connection to the professor’s research.
o Clear request (supervision/scholarship).
o Attachments (CV, transcripts, publications).

অবশ্যই Professional Tone (Polite, concise, and free of errors) মাথায় রেখে ইমেইল লিখুন।

• ১ পৃষ্ঠার বেশি নয়
• ৩-৪ প্যারাগ্রাফে শেষ করুন

৪. গ্রামার ও স্পেলিং ভুল
• গ্রামার ও স্পেলিং ভুল করা যাবে না। Grammarly বা Quillbot দিয়ে চেক করুন
• শিক্ষক বা সিনিয়রকে দিয়ে পড়িয়ে নিন

৫. অপ্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য
•❌ আপনার স্কুল কলেজের রেজাল্ট (মাস্টার্স আবেদনের সময়)
