কিছু কিছু শিক্ষার্থীর কাছে পৃথিবীর সবচাইতে কঠিন কাজ হলো অঙ্ক করা।

“এখানে এতো সুত্র, এত এত সমীকরণ ! এত কিছু কি আমার ছোট্ট মাথায় মনে থাকে !”
অনেকেই আবার টেনেটুনে মুখস্ত করে অঙ্ক করে একাডেমিক লাইফ শেষ করে চাকুরী পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি নিতে এসে থমকে দাঁড়ায়।
আগেই বলে রাখি গণিত কিন্তু মুখস্তের বিষয় নয়। আমার মতে জ্যামিতি হলো গণিতের প্রাণ। আপনারা নিশ্চয় পিথাগোরাসের নাম শুনেছেন। পিথাগোরাস বিশ্বাস করতেন, “সকল বস্তুই সংখ্যা, গণিত হলো সবকিছুর ভিত্তি এবং জ্যামিতি গণিত চর্চার সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট পন্থা”।
তাই, আমি প্রথমেই জ্যামিতি দিয়ে শুরু করবো।

একেবারেই প্রথম থেকে যারা গণিত শিখতে চান। ভিডিওগুলো তাঁদের কাজে লাগবে।
