Sometimes the Olympiad structure might be a bit confusing specially when you are just starting.

Everyone please pray for our Animesh sir. He survived a major heart attack is currently in Ayesha Memorial Hospital. He said he's okay and needs our prayers.

Today's the 377th birthday of the father of classical physics Sir Issac Newton

Some interesting facts about Sir Issac Newton :

- He was born premature and had less chances of survival.

- Despite being born on January 4, he was born on Christmas. When Sir Newton was born Britain hadn't adopt the Gregorian calendar yet and later when they did his birthday fell on January 4, 1643.

- Sir Newton had himself prepared a list of 48sins he had committed in his life when was 19.

- The famous never happened to hit Sir Newton. Though the closest explanation is Sir Newton grew up witnessing his grandmother's apple garden and from there he started wondering if the force that makes the apple fall on the ground is what makes moon revolve around earth.

-He invested a huge amount of time in researching about religion. According to most scholars Sir Newton was an A***n.

- Sir Newton discovered calculus almost in the same amount of time an average student takes to learn calculus.

Announcement of 9th Bangladesh Chemistry Olympiad - 2018

Congratulations to Team Bangladesh - International Biology Olympiad (IBO) !!!

For the third time Bangladesh participated in International Biology Olympiad. A honory mention in its first attempt at IBO 2016, a silver medal at IBO 2017 and this is the first time Bangladesh won a bronze medal in IBO.
