You can study any subject of Masters Programs in Science, Arts and Commerce with scholarship. These opportunities are provided to the talented students from around the world under the "Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship".

Students from any discipline who graduated in the top 10% of their class may apply. Selection is on the basis of academic excellence, ambition and the relevance of the selected Master's program to a student's future career. Scholarship recipients become part of a select community, taking part, for example, in extracurricular activities developed specially for them.

This could be the opportunity to fulfill the dreams of young talents. The name of the university is University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. The name of the scholarship is Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship. All departments of the university are being opened to the scholarship recipients.

The Faculties of the University are: Amsterdam Law School, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Science, Graduate School of Child Development and Education, Graduate School of Communication, Graduate School of Humanities, Graduate School of Psychology, and Graduate School of Social Sciences.

Students will be given Tk. 25 lakh in each academic year for a two-year long master's program. So, the student will receive total Tk. 50 lakh in two years.

You must need an English Proficiency Certificate. Candidates must not be a European resident. A scholarship must not be received from the Netherlands previously. Certificates of the candidates must be certified by the Dutch Embassy.

The AES application period runs from 1 November 2014 to 15 January 2015. Applications are made through the Admissions Offices of the graduate schools. Students who meet all the requirements can apply for the AES when they apply to their chosen Master's program. However, please be aware that the scholarship application deadline is 15 January 2015 which is earlier than the application deadline for most of the Master's programs.

Application deadline may vary depending on the Faculty. However, the application process must be finished within January 15, 2015. Otherwise you will definitely miss your chances.
