✨Position Overview:

Divine Group Limited, a prominent apparel-based conglomerate with 13 diversified concerns, is seeking a motivated and resourceful IT Officer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing user support, managing basic networking tasks, and contributing to IT operations. Additionally, there is an opportunity to assist in frontend development for our ERP project. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to grow in the IT field.

🔑Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, software bugs, and other technical problems.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including resolving connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and access points.
Assist in managing and maintaining LAN/WAN connections.
Assist with IT-related procurement and vendor coordination.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve IT processes and align them with business needs.
Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs into the frontend application.

📝Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering.

👨‍🏭Experience Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in IT support or Frontend development.

➕Additional Requirements:

Basic Knowledge of web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus..
Familiarity with any frontend JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS) is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Work status: On-site

Weekly holiday: Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 15K-35K (Based on experience and expertise)

Festival Bonuses: Twice a year
