🌱 Sahabi’s next step in EFL — I Level!

EFL I-এ এসে Sahabi এখন শুধু English পড়ছে না, বরং English বুঝে নিজের মতো করে use করতে শিখছে. 📚✨

এই level-এ সে শিখছে কীভাবে complex sentence বুঝতে ও তৈরি করতে হয়, যেখানে infinitive, tense এবং অন্যান্য grammatical elements একসাথে থাকে।

আরও একটি important step — 300–400 words-এর short story পড়ে নিজে বুঝতে পারা। 💭

Kumon-এ প্রতিটি level-এর journey আসলে worksheet শেষ করার চেয়ে অনেক বেশি —
step by step, students develop the ability to learn independently. 🌱

Position Open: 01 for Math and 01 for English
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Marking and grading KUMON worksheets
* Instructing students through their classwork
* Reporting student progress to the Instructor and parents
* Grading students’ classwork and homework in the KUMON method
* Assisting the instructors in center management
* Analyzing and maximizing student ability through the KUMON method
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Strong written and oral communication skills, including substantive analysis and report writing skills
* Outgoing and service-oriented personality
* Energetic and proactive (Ability to work under pressure and multitask)
* Punctual, well-organized, and reliable
* Focused, diligent, and enjoy working with children of all ages (4-14)
* Have to be respectful, polite, professional, willingness to learn
* Proficiency in G Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Experience working with children will be given preference
* Experience working in a school will be given preference.

Samara started her Kumon journey with the 7A Pencil Skill Program, learning to simply hold a pencil and write. ✏️
