Educational qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics (STEM graduates can apply, as well; however, s/he needs to be passionate for research).

Experience requirement:
01. One year's direct experience in working with financial projects (e.g. DFS, MFS, Fintech, FIs/NBFIs etc.); however, freshers with a strong interest in research and financial inclusion can apply as well
02. Proven experience in research/product development/financial inclusion/private sector engagement is an added bonus.

Remuneration:
The remuneration package and other facilities are subject to holistic review of the candidate's profile, test results, and experience level (negotiable).

Job Description:
01. Lead or supervise projects under the inclusive financial solutions portfolio.
02. Lead or support the development of financial products in collaboration with FinTechs, banks, and other financial/technology institutions.
03. Regularly conduct market mapping to identify key partners for project implementation and/or product development.
04. Identify sources of facilitating investments from international and/or local investors/funds to introduce new and innovative financial products in Bangladesh.
05. Support project proposal development - from identifying opportunities to developing proposals to winning the bids.
06. Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data for qualitative or quantitative studies. Such as surveys, focus group discussions, questionnaires, opinion polls, etc.
07. Coordinate with the research consultants, field manager, and data analyst to extract data and delegate the data analysis process. Be willing to engage in the data collection and analysis process if necessary, to ensure the quality of the data is excellent.
08. Interpret the data collected, organize the information into statistical tables, prepare reports, make recommendations, and present findings to executives or clients.
09. Coordinate multiple projects with a quick turnaround.
10. Participate in seminars, webinars, and events on behalf of Innovision to promote our research findings and seek additional business opportunities.
11. Support the Technical Lead, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Management on business development, project implementation, and strategic roadmaps, among others.

Today we recorded our goodbye message to Career Solutions Bangladesh. 10 years since I created this baby, and got to see it grow and bloom into a wonderful, diverse and reliable brand.

This momemt is extremely bitter sweet for me because I needed to let go of some things to make room for new ventures, but I will always remember CS as my first big project as an entrepreneur at the age of 19.

So proud of Adnan Javed and what he has done with the organization. Looking forward to his offshoot brand CS Teach Me and the incredible things that will happen under his leadership.

CS Teach Me has recruited over 2,500 teachers till date. Kudos to our clients and teachers who have trusted and helped us to reach this milestone. Thanks to our team members who have worked really hard over the last few years to achieve this success. 2020 has slowed our progress compared to the past years but we are very optimistic about 2021. May almighty Allah help us reach greater heights in the new year.
