COVID-19 | Guidelines & Helplines

General Advice:

+ Stay at home, remain indoors, and keep yourself separated from others.
+ If you are feeling unwell, wear a mask to prevent any transmission.
+ Avoid touching your face (eyes, nose, mouth, etc.) without washing your hands.
+ Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
+ Wash your hands anytime you touch any surface that has not been disinfected (papers, doors, rails, etc.).
+ Gargle with a solution/mixture of lukewarm water, lemon juice, and salt every day to minimize the risk of infections.
+ Take supplements of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Zinc to boost your immunity. You may also intake garlic, ginger, nigella or other herbs, to improve your overall health condition.
+ If you have been outside, make sure you change your clothes upon entering your home. Wash clothes regularly, with fabric-friendly disinfectant to keep them fresh and decontaminated.
+ Avoid crowded spaces, such as marketplaces, elevators, public transportation as much as possible. Maintain a safe distance (1 meter or 3 feet) from others at all times. Use sanitizers (or even gloves) as a precautionary measure from getting infected.
+ And most importantly, do not panic yourself or others.
