𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Uttara, Dhanmondi, Banani, Mirpur (Dhaka) & Chittagong
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Both options available)

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, or Grammar
Minimum IELTS overall band score of 7.0 (mandatory for IELTS Trainers)
• Strong command over Spoken English and English Grammar
• Experience in 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is mandatory
• Passionate about teaching and ability to engage students effectively

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Conduct IELTS, PTE, Spoken English & Grammar classes
• Prepare and deliver engaging mock tests and practice sessions
• Develop high-quality teaching materials and resources
• Create educational video content for online and offline use
• Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback
• Maintain excellent class quality and student satisfaction

• Ability to handle branch operations, student counseling, and marketing activities
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage overall operations and performance of the Mirpur Branch
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student admission and revenue targets
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team
• Handle student counseling and parent meetings
• Oversee daily branch activities and ensure excellent service quality
• Contribute to business development and branch growth strategies
