🤔 অনেকেই জানতে চাই, যারা গ্রাজুয়েশনের ২-৩ বছর পর সরকারি চাকরির প্রস্তুতি শেষে কর্পোরেট চাকরির জন্য সিভি জমা দেন, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে রিক্রুটারদের মনোভাব কেমন হয়? রিক্রুটাররা কিভাবে দেখে এই বিষয়টি?
এক্ষেত্রে রিক্রুটারদের মনোভাব মিশ্র হতে পারে। এটি মূলত প্রার্থী কীভাবে তাদের ক্যারিয়ার গ্যাপ ব্যাখ্যা করছেন, কী ধরনের দক্ষতা অর্জন করেছেন, এবং তারা কর্পোরেট পরিবেশের জন্য কতটা প্রস্তুত তার ওপর নির্ভর করে।
📌 রিক্রুটারদের সাধারণ মনোভাব:
1. নেতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (কিছু ক্ষেত্রে) 😕 :
⛔ Consistency বা ধারাবাহিকতার অভাব: কর্পোরেট চাকরির ক্ষেত্রে ক্যারিয়ার গ্রোথ এবং অভিজ্ঞতা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। দীর্ঘ ক্যারিয়ার গ্যাপ থাকলে রিক্রুটাররা ভাবতে পারেন, প্রার্থী কি আসলেই কর্পোরেট জগতে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে থাকতে চান, নাকি সরকারি চাকরির চেষ্টাই তার আসল লক্ষ্য?
⛔ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতার অভাব: অনেক কর্পোরেট প্রতিষ্ঠান চান, তাদের কর্মীরা বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে আসুক। দীর্ঘ সময় কর্মজীবনের বাইরে থাকলে প্রার্থী বাস্তব কাজের চ্যালেঞ্জের সঙ্গে মানিয়ে নিতে পারবেন কি না, সেটি নিয়েও সংশয় থাকতে পারে।
⛔ স্কিল সেট আপডেট না থাকা: কর্পোরেট চাকরির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা (প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট, সফট স্কিল, টেকনিক্যাল স্কিল) যদি ওই সময়ে অর্জন করা না হয়, তাহলে সিভি দুর্বল মনে হতে পারে।
2. ইতিবাচক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (সঠিক ব্যাখ্যা থাকলে) 🙂 :
✅ প্রচেষ্টা এবং অধ্যবসায়ের মূল্যায়ন: সরকারি চাকরির প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার মানে হলো, প্রার্থী ধৈর্যশীল, অধ্যবসায়ী এবং কঠোর পরিশ্রমী। যদি তারা সিভিতে উল্লেখ করেন যে, এই সময়ে তারা বিশ্লেষণী চিন্তা, সময় ব্যবস্থাপনা বা অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক দক্ষতা অর্জন করেছেন, তাহলে সেটি পজিটিভ হতে পারে।
✅ক্যারিয়ার পরিবর্তনের ইচ্ছা: কেউ যদি ব্যাখ্যা করতে পারেন যে, তারা এখন কর্পোরেট ক্যারিয়ারকেই মূল লক্ষ্য হিসেবে গ্রহণ করেছেন এবং সে অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুতি নিয়েছেন, তাহলে নিয়োগকর্তারা তাকে সুযোগ দিতে পারেন।
✅নতুন স্কিল ডেভেলপ করা: যদি প্রার্থী এই সময়ে অনলাইন কোর্স, ইন্টার্নশিপ, ফ্রিল্যান্সিং, বা স্বেচ্ছাসেবামূলক কাজ করে থাকেন, তবে তা রিক্রুটারদের কাছে আকর্ষণীয় হতে পারে।
📌 কীভাবে ক্যারিয়ার গ্যাপ ব্যাখ্যা করবেন?
সিভি এবং ইন্টারভিউতে এই গ্যাপটিকে ইতিবাচকভাবে উপস্থাপন করা জরুরি। যেমন:
"গত দুই বছর আমি সরকারী চাকরির প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছিলাম, যা আমার বিশ্লেষণী দক্ষতা, অধ্যবসায়, এবং সমস্যার সমাধানের দক্ষতাকে আরও শাণিত করেছে। তবে এখন আমি কর্পোরেট ক্যারিয়ারের জন্য পুরোপুরি প্রস্তুত, এবং ইতোমধ্যে [নতুন স্কিল/সার্টিফিকেশন] অর্জন করেছি, যা আমাকে এই পদের জন্য যোগ্য করে তুলেছে।"
📌 যারা এই অবস্থায় আছেন, তাদের করণীয়:
✅সিভি আপডেট করুন – নতুন স্কিল ও শিখে নেওয়া বিষয়গুলোর উল্লেখ করুন।
✅ইন্টারভিউতে আত্মবিশ্বাসী হন – ক্যারিয়ার গ্যাপকে দুর্বলতা নয়, বরং শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবে দেখান।
✅এন্ট্রি-লেভেল চাকরি বা ইন্টার্নশিপের জন্য আবেদন করুন – কিছু বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করে ধাপে ধাপে ক্যারিয়ার গড়ে তুলুন।
✅নেটওয়ার্কিং বাড়ান – লিঙ্কডইন, সেমিনার, ওয়ার্কশপে অংশগ্রহণ করুন, যাতে কর্পোরেট দুনিয়ার সঙ্গে সংযোগ তৈরি হয়।
সংক্ষেপে, রিক্রুটাররা যদি দেখেন যে, প্রার্থী সঠিক প্রস্তুতি নিয়েছেন এবং কর্পোরেট ক্যারিয়ারের প্রতি আন্তরিক, তাহলে তারা সুযোগ দিতে পারেন। কিন্তু প্রার্থী যদি সরকারি চাকরির ব্যর্থতা থেকে কর্পোরেট চাকরির দিকে আসছেন, কিন্তু মানসিকভাবে প্রস্তুত নন, তাহলে রিক্রুটাররা নেতিবাচক মনোভাব রাখতে পারেন।
