𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗦! ✨

On September 30, 2026, 𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗦) proudly hosted the 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, marking the formal induction of 𝟭𝟭𝟮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 from our BSc in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery, and Diploma in Midwifery programs.

The ceremony began with multi-faith recitations, followed by an inspiring welcome address by 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗺 and the solemn oath-taking led by 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼. The event was further enriched by a heartfelt student reflection and vibrant cultural performances.

Observed on 17 September, this year’s theme, “𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀”, with the slogan “𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲!”, highlights the importance of safe, continuous and compassionate care for people living with long-term health conditions.

During his visit, Professor Khan engaged with our students and shared valuable insights into the dual-degree Master of Public Health (MPH) program, offered through academic collaboration with Birmingham City University (BCU), UK. He explained the opportunities for students to pursue advanced studies and highlighted how their thesis work and examinations can be reviewed and assessed through BCU.

Professor Khan also expressed his satisfaction with the facilities and academic environment at AYAT College of Nursing & Health Sciences (ACNHS) and highly appreciated our commitment to quality nursing education.

His guidance on pursuing advanced studies in public health, along with his emphasis on building a strong academic foundation, provided our students with meaningful inspiration and valuable direction for their future careers.

আয়াত কলেজ অব নার্সিং অ্যান্ড হেলথ সায়েন্সেস-এর দুইজন ফ্যাকাল্টি যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 এ অবস্থিত Simmons University তে দুই সপ্তাহব্যাপী একটি আন্তর্জাতিক প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচিতে অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পেয়েছেন।

শ্রেণিকক্ষ পর্যবেক্ষণ, আধুনিক 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗯-এ 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 এবং বিভিন্ন বাস্তবভিত্তিক 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে তারা মা ও শিশুস্বাস্থ্য নার্সিংয়ে নিজেদের জ্ঞান ও দক্ষতা আরও সমৃদ্ধ করেছেন।

এই প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচিতে তারা স্বাভাবিক প্রসব ব্যবস্থাপনা, প্রসবোত্তর রক্তক্ষরণ (𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗲), প্রি-এক্ল্যাম্পসিয়া, নবজাতকের স্বাস্থ্য মূল্যায়ন, মাতৃত্বজনিত ট্রমা, 𝗖𝗣𝗥 ও 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗕𝗟𝗦), সার্ভিক্যাল ক্যান্সারের প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে শনাক্তকরণ এবং বিভিন্ন 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-এর ওপর ব্যবহারিক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করেন। পাশাপাশি, যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ইতিহাস ও সংস্কৃতি সম্পর্কেও জানার সুযোগ পান।

এই আন্তর্জাতিক অভিজ্ঞতা তাদের পেশাগত দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি দেশের নার্সিং শিক্ষা ও স্বাস্থ্যসেবার মানোন্নয়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে। অর্জিত জ্ঞান ও ব্যবহারিক দক্ষতা ভবিষ্যৎ নার্সিং পেশাজীবীদের আরও দক্ষ করে তুলতে এবং মা ও নবজাতকের জন্য নিরাপদ ও মানসম্মত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা নিশ্চিত করতে সহায়ক হবে।

সঠিক সুযোগ ও সহযোগিতা যে একজন পেশাজীবীর সম্ভাবনাকে আরও বিকশিত করতে পারে—এই আন্তর্জাতিক প্রশিক্ষণ তারই একটি অনুপ্রেরণাদায়ক উদাহরণ। 𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀-এর সহযোগিতা ও পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় আমাদের ফ্যাকাল্টিরা নতুন জ্ঞান, দক্ষতা ও অনুপ্রেরণা নিয়ে দেশে ফিরেছেন, যা তারা ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের নার্সদের মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দিতে পারবেন।
