Position: Retail Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Identify training and development needs of retail staff and coordinate with the concerned department for necessary action.
* Ensure smooth store operations from opening to closing, maintaining operational discipline and compliance with company guidelines.
* Communicate regularly with Store Managers to ensure daily operational activities are properly executed.
* Monitor and maintain staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, behavior, and professional appearance (dress code, grooming, ID card, personal hygiene) according to company standards.

* Prepare and share regular operational reports, observations, compliance updates, and improvement recommendations with management.

Requirements and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or similar supervisory role in the retail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
* In-depth knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, and best practices.

Kore Facilitation hosted “The Deal Room,” an investment matchmaking session aimed at connecting promising startups with investors and business leaders in Dhaka.

Held at Banani Club Limited from 5pm to 9pm, the event featured seven selected startups presenting their business models, market opportunities, growth plans and financial prospects to a group of investors.

The session brought together CIPs, industrialists, established business leaders and successful entrepreneurs. Participants received feedback and explored potential investment, partnerships and mentorship opportunities.

Kore Facilitation said the initiative reflected its commitment to strengthening Bangladesh’s startup ecosystem by creating meaningful connections between entrepreneurs and investors.

The event marked another step toward developing a stronger and more connected startup investment environment in Bangladesh.
