Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct HR Budgeting activities with other HRMT members
Prepare and update compensation and benefit policies, SOPs, SLAs and related programs including expatriate policies. Salary Surveys and necessary Benchmarking activities
Manage and monitor HRIS Module, Ensure HRIS data accuracy and system functionality
Drive a performance driven culture through effective cash, non cash and perquisite strategies
Oversee Performance Management System and align all processes with company direction
Design and implement reward programs (monetary and non-monetary) to energize the work force and boost performance. Monitor the lifecycle of reward programs and make necessary changes as per analysis and boost/discontinue existing programs
Manage work plan and org-chart with HRL aligning with the Labour budget through ensuring proper manpower planning with HRBP
Manage organization structure and position evaluation using Hay Evaluation methodology. Empower HR Business Partners by training and guiding them in structuring and evaluation process
Expat Management – Managing the lifecycle from end to end ensuring a proper succession plan upon completion of their contract period
LTA/STA Management – Managing the LTA and STA through liaison with the group and other OpCos with an end to end management

Educational Qualification:
Graduation degree from any reputed national / foreign university
MBA/Masters degree will be considered as an advantage

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 9-10 years experience is required in relevant field and in reputed orgranizations
Clear Understanding of Compensation and Benefit System
