Sanjida : Hello Audrey, good morning, what are you doing in this early morning?
Audrey : Very good morning. I am working in my garden.
Sanjida : Oh! What a beautiful garden it is! Who helps you in your work?
Audrey : I myself have done this. It is my hobby.
Sanjida : I think it’s not only a flower garden.
Audrey : You are right. There are two parts in my garden .in one part I have planted flowers and in another part I have cultivated vegetables.
Sanjida : How long have you been doing this?
Audrey : For the last three years.
Sanjida : How do you feel?
Audrey : This is a great source of joy and pleasure to me. It also makes my body strong and fit. May I ask you to tell me about your hobby?
Sanjida : My hobby is fishing.
Audrey : It is really very interesting.
Sanjida : Of course. I get much pleasure from it. It also improves health. It also makes us patient.
Audrey : Oh! It is now time to go to school. See you again.

About the benefit of early rising.
Rima : I have heard that you get up early in the morning and walk for quite a long time.
Arup : Yes. I always get up minimum one hour before the sunrise and go for morning walk.
Rima : What’s the benefit of early rising?
Arup : An early riser as many advantages. He can start his daily work earlier. As an early riser has enough time to work. He can earn more and become wealthy.

Arup : Of course. The man, who rises early in the morning, can take some exercise and walk in morning fresh air in the open field. The morning air refreshes both body and mind.

Myself : How are you my friend?

Raju : I want to be an English teacher. After passing the HSC. examination I must study in honors and masters on English.
Meena : Thanks. Your choice is so nice. There is so lack of qualified teacher in our country.

Jamal : What's your problem? (তোমার সমস্যা কি?)
Kamal: I always feel physically weak? (আমি প্রায়ই শারীরিক দুর্বলতা অনুভব করি।)
Jamal Don't you take good food? (তুমি কি ভালো খাবার গ্রহণ কর না?)
Kamal: Yes. But I have hardly appetite for food. (হ্যাঁ। কিন্তু আমার কদাচিৎ ক্ষুধা পায়।)
Jamal: Do you take any physical exercise? (তুমি কি শারীরিক ব্যায়াম কর?)
Kamal No.
Jamal: It's your problem. (এটিই তোমার সমস্যা)

Jamal: Physical exercise keeps our body fit. It also helps to digest our food. Physical exercise helps us to feel hungry. (শারীরিক ব্যায়াম আমাদের শরীরকে সুস্থ রাখে। এটি খাদ্য হজমে ও সাহায্য করে। সুতরাং শারীরিক ব্যায়াম আমাদের ক্ষুধা তৈরি করে।
